What do you have installed? Do you even know what Microsoft Silverlight is? For that matter do you know what Adobe Flash is? or what they are used for? For the most part I think people in general don’t know the differece or even care, but you may neeed one or the other to view online video like NBC Olympics you needed Silverlight, and to view YouTube videos you need Adobe Flash.

You may have Adobe and Silverlight and may not even know it because these are one of those applications or pugins that once you get installed you forget about it until an update comes out that require you to upgrade or you just dont have it and are required to install to continue.
